The high rating is because Dr. Fan seemed very engaged and sincere in the process of getting the prescription right. I used to go a well-known private clinic where half the doctors were related to each other and the waiting room had at least 10 people at any given time of day. They did the work, but always seemed bored and in a rush. Dr. Fan seems determined to get every examination 100% right, no matter how long it takes, and I found that very refreshing. Also, when I asked if I could re-use my existing frames (because they are broken in and comfy) I did not get the usual warnings and scowls about "possible breakage," she just checked with a screwdriver to make sure the screws turned, and said OK. Would definitely recommend :)
